Kèr Krfièzibjāg

Kèr Krfièzibjāg (Krfiè /ˈzibʤəˑg/ [printing press] [card]) is a subtropical Small Town located in the Utièkíhf Noiē Region of the Tetbur Commune.

The name Kèr Krfièzibjāg is derived from the Tauric language, as Kèr Krfièzibjāg was founded by Tsialme Jones Owaines, who was culturaly Tauric.

Climate

Kèr Krfièzibjāg has a yearly average temperature of 32°C (89°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a blistering 36°C (96°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a warm 28°C (82°F). Kèr Krfièzibjāg receives an average of 149 cm/y (58 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the spring. Kèr Krfièzibjāg covers an area of nearly 4 km² (1 mi²), and an average elevation of 868 m (2847 ft) above sea level.

Overview

Kèr Krfièzibjāg was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1115, by Tsialme Jones Owaines. The establishment of Kèr Krfièzibjāg suffered from several major issues, resulting in the need to develop many solutions to basic problems. Problems such as a lack of fresh water, logistical support, poor quality tools, and the odd monster or two. Howeaver, these were overcome in time.

Kèr Krfièzibjāg was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Kèr Krfièzibjāg is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.

Kèr Krfièzibjāg's well-designed, yet cheep are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.

A look around Kèr Krfièzibjāg gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring just long enough for it to be uncomfortable. This all rests atop the unmistakable impression the town is one of the strictest places imaginable. Everyone’s actions are clearly directed by laws they keep in heart and mind at all times. Kèr Krfièzibjāg has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.

Cultural Notes

Kèr Krfièzibjāg's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.
